TaiwanSatelliteTV does not warrant or guarantee that the functions or services of our Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Typhoons, electrical storms, and solar outages can affect signal reception.
TaiwanSatelliteTV may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this site at any time, including the availability of any service feature, database, or content. TaiwanSatelliteTV may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the service without notice or liability.
TaiwanSatelliteTV sells the receivers offered on this site and delivered with our installation packages solely for receiving free-to-air satellite channels or pay channels with subscription cards, and does not endorse the use of receivers for other purposes. Users who use equipment purchased from TaiwanSatelliteTV for other purposes than receiving free-to-air or pay TV satellite channels without a pay card do so entirely at their own risk, and indemnify TaiwanSatelliteTV when doing so.
TaiwanSatelliteTV sells and distributes pay cards for the pay packages. For any pay card related issues users should contact me as soon as possible. Those who obtain their own pay cards should contact their service provider.
In order to access certain services you need to register by providing your name and email address. This information should be accurate and updated.
Taiwan Satellite TV also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription without prior notice, and does not need to inform you of such termination or suspension.
You may not (i) select or use a subscriber ID of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use a subscriber ID in which another person has rights without that person's authorization; or (iii) use a subscriber ID that TaiwanSatelliteTV, in its sole discretion, deems offensive.
Please report any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password, to jim@taiwansatellite.tv.
You are responsible for all usage or activity on your account, including use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your Member ID and password. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at Taiwan Satellite TV’s sole discretion.
TaiwanSatelliteTV may send electronic mail to you regarding changes or additions to products or services.
The entire contents of the Taiwan Satellite TV site is copyrighted as a collective work under relevant copyright laws. Taiwan Satellite TV holds the copyright to the collective work. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download portions of the material from the different areas of the Taiwan Satellite TV site solely for your own non-commercial or evaluation use, unless otherwise permitted.
